Corona Heights is a lovely out-cropping of rock at the top of 15th St. This view is of Mt. Diablo and Portrero Hill. You can see Mission high school, Dolores Park and Mission Dolores.

View From a Snooty Restaurant

The view of Manhattan from our seats at the 'Water's Edge', a snooty, expensive restaurant in Queens. I ate there with my mother and the Wainstains de Paris. The waiter "pete plus haut que son cul," Claude says. The fish was great, the service was horrible.

Finca Magdalena is a coffee roasting cooperative on the Nicaraguan volcanic island of Ometepe with a great view of the active volcano, Mt. Concepcion. I made much use of photography by my brother, Joshua Berman for this painting.
